"My recent work explores the interior. These paintings could be called inner still lives. A freshness and spontaneity is emphasized in the works done in one sitting as painting meditation.
The handmade paper and small size contribute to the very personal nature of the work. I have done many of these in the past 18 months. I continue to paint the small works and experimenrt with the larger paintings."
